Effective leadership and adept corporate governance have long been key ingredients in achieving a vibrant business. What we believe needs to change is the emphasis on the kind of DNA it takes to lead, grow, sustain progress and innovation. We think it goes even deeper impacting what leadership should expect from their management teams especially in the new normal of the unpredictable economic and regulatory environments.

Our belief is that in working with our clients, we can help them identify and develop leaders who are comfortable being uncomfortable vs. maintaining the status quo or playing defense.

While filling leadership roles with subject matter experts, or occasionally adding a diverse director to the roster was enough; it often serves as simply embracing the status quo. For growth to be both viable and sustainable will assist in identifying those leaders who not only have the requisite expertise but the intellectual and mental capacity to proactively push through the challenges, motivating and encouraging others to do the same. S|R|EVOLVE is actively involved in helping our clients identify sources of financial and intellectual capital. We make connections to facilitate optimal results and accomplish stated goals. Outside investor preparation is critical to this scope of our work. Working through potential partner selection, determining the best fit and setting our clients up to address the challenges endemic to these meetings are how we get our clients over the goal line. We have navigated the spectrum of investor relationships from angel, VC, PE, IPO and other creative capital endeavors.
